Terms and conditions

The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Whilst this policy refers mainly to online transactions, anybody purchasing at a show or event may return goods in the same fashion.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, including presentation boxes with proof of purchase.

For refunds: once we have assessed the items, the money will be put back on to the credit/debit card that was used to place the order. 


How to return your purchases for repair, exchange or refund

Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. If you still have it, you should also place a copy of the despatch note you received with your order into the parcel. 

We would recommend for your own protection returned items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery.

Unless previously agreed Postage cost is only refunded if the products are faulty.

Cooling off period online purchases

When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period when you can return your goods. Our cooling off period is one month, which includes any statutory cooling off period.

This period starts the day we despatch your order and ends 30 days after the day following delivery of the goods.


Cancelling an order before despatch

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch and receive a full refund on the card used to purchase the item. Please call us on the number found on our “contact us” page. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number.



Commissioned jewellery cannot be returned. Once you commit to going ahead with your commission your deposit is non-refundable as we buy the materials especially for each commission and they cannot be used for anything else. We are not able to accept returned piercing jewellery including ear rings.
