Acorn Cup Drop Earrings - Nature Inspired Jewellery

Acorn cup earrings on a twig like stem. Handmade in Sterling silver and oxidised or vermeil plated in 22ct gold they are 5.5cm long with a half hoop and stud connector.  

A really lovely new design our acorns are reminiscent of the empty cups we find in Autumn. These are a fun earring to wear; I've two similar designs either one cup or two, both are the same length set on a reticulated post with a handmade sleeper which gives them a bit of movement and flow.

Reticulation is a technique where you heat metal to its almost collapse point before allowing the piece to cool. This leaves the silver with an attractive twig like texture.
